Friday June 27.
Team arrive after long and bumpy flight, transfer straight to Kloten for a fun friendly game against the Kloten Jets U/16.
After the game we packed our bags and headed to Sierre in the Western part of Switzerland (about 3 hour drive) and were greated by Association Romande d'Unihockey Féminin who have arranged our accomodation, food, training and games against a 2 Romandie Selection Teams (U/19 and Senior Womens Teams). When not training or playing some players decided to take up the offer from our new friends to take a trip into the mountains and look out across the valley and towns in the area. For a truely Swiss experience for dinner on Friday night we were treated to Raclette, a traditional Swiss cheese meal.
